Steve is a visual artist located in Richmond Virginia. From a very early age he know his path forward would be in the arts. At five years old his older sister would impress her friends by asking him to draw. At eight he won his first art competition – second place but he wasn’t discouraged. Steve studied and received a degree from the Philadelphia University of the Arts and spent the greater part of his career as an exhibition designer and creative director in Washington DC. Since 2015, his creative work focuses full-time on acrylic painting, watercolors and monotype printing. Steve's a member of Metropolitan Richmond Artists Association, artspace, Richmond Art Garage, Visual Arts Center of Richmond, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and Institute for Contemporary Art, Richmond.
